Job Title: Principal
Location: READ Foundation Primary School, Gilgit
Qualification Requirements:
Masters/M.Phil in Education (M.Ed/B.Ed preferred)
Essential Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
- Familiarity with school management software.
- Proficient in follow-up and coordination tasks.
- Awareness of trends in modern education.
- Solid understanding of primary assessment schemes.
Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years of teaching and administration experience, or
2 years in a similar capacity.
Preference will be given to experienced candidates.
