Rahnuma-FPAP, a member association of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), is Pakistan’s leading citizen-sector organization dedicated to promoting Reproductive Health as a basic human right. R-FPAP provides high-quality Family Planning & Sexual Reproductive Health (FP&SRH) services to men, women, and youth, in collaboration with government bodies, NGOs, and civil society.

R-FPAP is currently seeking applications from highly motivated and qualified professionals for its offices in Lahore, Gilgit, and Badin.

Positions Available:

1. Director Program Planning & Implementation
   • Number of Positions: 01
   • Location: Lahore
   • Gender: Male/Female
   • Qualifications: MBBS or Master’s in Social Sciences, Health, or Project Management.
   • Experience: 7-10 years in project management and proposal development in SRHR, Family Planning, or Public Health. Experience with international donors is preferred.
2. Program Manager
   • Number of Positions: 01
   • Location: Lahore
   • Gender: Male/Female
   • Qualifications: MBBS or Master’s in Social Sciences, Health, or Project Management.
   • Experience: 5 years in program management, report writing, compliance, and analytical skills.
3. Nursing Supervisor
   • Number of Positions: 01
   • Location: Badin
   • Gender: Male/Female
   • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (RN) or Associate degree in nursing.
   • Experience: 3-5 years in nursing administration and services.
4. Nurse
   • Number of Positions: 03
   • Location: Gilgit (02), Lahore (01)
   • Gender: Female
   • Qualifications: BA with a relevant diploma in nursing.
   • Experience: 2-3 years in the same role in the social sector related to RH/SRH & Rights.
5. Lady Health Visitor
   • Number of Positions: 04
   • Location: Gilgit
   • Gender: Female
   • Qualifications: FA with Diploma in LHV.
   • Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role in the social sector around RH/SRH & Rights.
6. Medical Technician
   • Number of Positions: 01
   • Location: Gilgit
   • Gender: Male
   • Qualifications: Two-year diploma in a medical field.
   • Experience: 3 years in ER, ICU, and Pediatric ICU.
7. Medical Attendant
   • Number of Positions: 01
   • Location: Gilgit
   • Gender: Female
   • Qualifications: Matric with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
   • Experience: In a social sector related to RH/SRH & Rights.
