The Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) Gilgit-Baltistan is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join its team on a contract basis at the Provincial Headquarters, Gilgit.

📌 Post: Youth & Volunteers Officer – Gilgit

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, mobilization, recruitment, and training of volunteers and youth groups in alignment with PRCS policies.
• Annual activity planning and budgeting in coordination with the National Headquarters/Provincial Branch.
• Preparation and submission of financial and activity reports as per schedule.
• Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, universities, and communities for Red Cross/Red Crescent orientation and club formation.
• Organize training sessions for volunteers in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Support disaster preparedness efforts, including forming Core Response Teams and assisting in relief distribution.
• Coordinate with program heads to provide volunteers for PRCS activities at district and community levels.
• Manage events, trainings, and partnerships with external organizations, donors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain a computerized database of volunteers.
• Monitor and evaluate youth & volunteer programs to ensure alignment with planned objectives.
• Represent PRCS at provincial-level meetings and forums.
• Perform any other duties assigned by senior management.
