Eligibility Criteria for Education Instructors:
Nationality: Pakistani (Male)
Age: 22 to 29 years (as of 13 October 2025)
Height: 163 to 188 cm
Educational Qualification:
BS (4 years) or MSc (16 years of education) in English, Mathematics, or Physics
Minimum CGPA 2.7/4.0 or at least 2nd Division
Eligibility Criteria for Religious Teachers:
Nationality: Pakistani (Male)
Age: 25 to 29 years (as of 13 October 2025)
Height: 183 to 188 cm
Educational Qualification:
Intermediate pass along with Dars-e-Nizami certification from a recognized Islamic institution
Huffaz and Qaris will be given preference
Physical Test Requirements:
Test Type Passing Criteria
Running 1 Mile in 9 minutes
Push-ups 15 repetitions in 2 minutes
Sit-ups 20 repetitions in 2 minutes
Chin-ups 3 repetitions in 2 minutes
Selection Process:
Intelligence Test (Computerized)
Academic Test (subject-specific for instructors, Islamic knowledge for religious teachers)
Personality Test
Physical Test
Initial Medical Examination
Final Interview and Selection
Training & Service:
Selected candidates will undergo training and will be commissioned as Assistant Warrant Officers upon successful completion. Career growth, promotions, and service duration will be according to PAF’s official policy.
