Job Requirements:
- At least sixteen years of formal education in English or an equivalent degree
- Preference will be given to local residents of Shigar Valley holding TESOL, TEA, or other U.S. Exchange Program certificates
- Minimum of three years’ experience in English language instruction
- Strong lesson planning and material development skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in computer and IT skills, including the use of English teaching apps and educational platforms
