Job Purpose
We are looking for a committed Principal to lead and manage our High School in Gilgit, ensuring quality education for 500+ students. The Principal will oversee academic and administrative functions, improve teaching standards, manage staff, and maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment aligned with READ Foundation’s goals.

Required Qualifications
Education

• Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Principal in a well-reputed institution.

Skills

• Strong leadership and administrative expertise.
• Financial management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to effective teaching and learning practices.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
