   • Minimum 10 publications in HEC-recognized journals.
   • Administrative experience preferred.
2. Associate Professor:
   • PhD or equivalent in relevant fields from an HEC-recognized university.
   • 5+ years of teaching experience.
   • Minimum 5 publications in HEC-recognized journals.
   • Administrative experience preferred.
3. Assistant Professor:
   • MPhil or equivalent in relevant fields from an HEC-recognized university.
   • 3+ years of teaching experience.
   • Minimum 2 publications in HEC-recognized journals.
4. Senior Lecturer:
   • MPhil or equivalent in relevant fields from an HEC-recognized university.
   • 5+ years of teaching experience.
5. Junior Lecturer:
   • BS or equivalent in relevant fields from an HEC-recognized university.
